Log in to your Metronet router

Open the Metronet web interface at 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.254.

Make sure your device (computer, phone, or tablet) is connected to the router — either via Wi-Fi or with an Ethernet cable plugged directly into the router.

Open any web browser and type http://192.168.1.1 into the address bar. Press Enter. If the page does not load, try 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 instead.

Wait for the login page to appear. This may take a few seconds.

Enter admin as the username and 1234 as the password. Then click the login button.

After logging in, you will see the router dashboard where you can manage all settings.
Change the Wi-Fi password on Metronet

Log in to the Metronet router admin interface at 192.168.1.1.

Navigate to Configuration > Network > Wireless LAN 2.4G.

Enter the new Wi-Fi Password in the Security Key field.

Click Save to apply the changes.
Change the Wi-Fi name on Metronet

Navigate to Configuration > Network > Wireless LAN 2.4G.

Enter the new Wi-Fi Network Name in the Name (SSID) field.

Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds using a paperclip.

Wait for the router to reboot and restore factory settings.
Change the admin password on Metronet
