Type this, not a search

// address bar

Address bar

http://My.jetpack

  1. Use the browser address bar. A search box will look up My.jetpack on the public internet and miss the router.
  2. Type http://My.jetpack with no www and no https. You must be joined to this router's Wi-Fi.
  3. If the name does not open, use the numeric address 192.168.1.1 instead.
  • Don't search for My.jetpack

    Type 'My.jetpack' directly in the browser's address bar, not in a search engine, as it won't resolve outside the local network.

  • Avoid adding 'www' or 'https://'

    My.jetpack is a local hostname, so prefixes like 'www' or 'https://' will prevent it from loading the admin page.

What is My.jetpack?

// briefing

My.jetpack is a local web address that gives you access to the admin panel of your Verizon router. This address only works when you are connected to the router's network — it does not resolve on the public internet.

Compared to a numeric IP address, My.jetpack is easier to remember and is provided by the manufacturer as a convenient alternative for accessing the settings page.

If My.jetpack does not resolve in your browser, you can use the numeric fallback address 192.168.1.1 instead. Both lead to the same admin interface.

This hostname is specific to Verizon devices. Other manufacturers use different addresses — check the sticker on your router for the correct URL.
